    My Name is Chad Rohrbaugh and I’ve been a Sales Associate for Infratech Solutions for almost 2 years. Before I got into this industry, I worked in the Injection Molding Automotive industry and held many positions in Michigan as production manager, Senior Program Manager, and Director of Continuous Improvement Department. I have won numerous Kaizen awards throughout Europe and have been trained by Hyodo Sensei from Toyota Production System in Japan. When I decided to take this position, I relocated to Northwest Ohio with my wife and 2 dogs. I have 2 kids ages 24 and 19 as well as 2 step kids ages 26 and 31.  My interest include family, a lot of sun, golfing, and riding my Motorcycle.
