How do I get rid of the blue screen when I start the PC?

How do I get rid of the blue screen when I start the PC?

Typically, this is caused by the red button on the back of the cable reel being jammed. Pull the button to make sure it is fully released. Turn off the PC and start it back up. The blue screen should be gone. If it persists, please contact an Infratech representative.

How do I adjust the speed of the cable while backing out of the pipe?

This can be controlled by the dial on the back of the cable reel.

If my controller dies during an inspection, how do I control the crawler?

The PC can be controlled via Bluetooth mouse, touchscreen, or controller.

With Infratech products, how long should the battery life last?

For most of our products, including manhole inspection cameras, pipe crawlers, and push rod cameras, the average time the battery should last is 6-8 hours.

How long are the cables for both mainline and the push cameras?

For our mainline cameras, we have 350', 656' and 1000'. For our push cameras, we supply cables from 200' to 300'. For custom orders, we can potentially provide more options based on what you need. Please contact us for a free demo, or just a general consultation with our experts.

What’s the smallest diameter our cameras can inspect?

Depending on the job required, our mainline cameras and crawlers can easily work in 4" diameter pipes with accurate readings, and clearly show visible issues with the pipe it is placed in.

If my controller dies during an inspection, how do I control the crawler?

The PC can be controlled via Bluetooth mouse, touchscreen, or controller, but we recommend making sure there is a full charge on the controller before an inspection.

How do I find the videos and photos on the mlooke app on my tablet?

1. Connect your tablet with the cable that comes with the system.
2. When your computer recognizes that the tablet is connected, you should get three options, but you need to select "transfer files".
3. A screen will pop up with the files on the tablet.
4. Select file "qv", then select the file "moren" and you will be able to access the videos and photos from your inspections.

S300E HD Pipe Robot Crawler

The S300E HD is a multifunctional pipeline robot system used for inspecting pipes ranging from 12" to 80". Its rugged six-wheel and four-wheel design and electric lifting platform allow the S300E to traverse silt, mud, and debris.
